Check before you buy
Posted on April 7th, 2017
Many purchasers mistakenly believe that the survey on a property they are buying will check the condition of the electrical system. This can prove to be a costly mistake.
Having the electrics checked on a home you are looking to purchase before you buy can save you money especially if the property was built some time ago as the electrics may not have been kept in good order.
A pre-purchase electrical inspection on the property you intend to buy will let you know the condition of the electrical system. This may or may not affect your decision to continue with the purchase but at least you will know what you are buying!
Is your home at risk from faulty wiring?
Posted on April 7th, 2017
Two-thirds of buyers fail to check electrics when purchasing a property.
Have you purchased a property recently?…..found inappropriate or dangerous wiring after you have moved in?….don’t delay you never know what previous owners have done to the electrical system in your new home.
Call us now; it is better to be safe than sorry!
